Privacy policy

Moringer AB (reg. no. 556868-0747), Stockholm, is the data controller. Questions about personal data can be sent through the contact form on this website.

When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, company (if provided) and your message. Nothing else is collected through the form.

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you as a person, which is why there is no cookie banner.

We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a conversation about an assignment. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries.

The message is kept in our email for as long as the conversation is ongoing and deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless it leads to an assignment. In that case it is kept as long as the contract and accounting rules require.

The form is sent as email through the service Resend, and the website is hosted on Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We never sell or share data with anyone else.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Contact us through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
